RV Park and Lake Harris Amenities
Plan with current property facts. Review utility, lake-use, shared-space, access, and restriction details for the customer path that applies to you.
Plan around the features that matter to your stay
Start with your RV fit and utility needs, then review waterfront and boat-use details. Access can differ by site category, stay type, schedule, capacity, availability, or park policy, so the information shown for your selected option is the final guide.
RV hookups and site fit
Confirm the utility and electrical details for the exact RV site category you plan to reserve. A property-wide feature list should never replace category-specific fit information.
Lake, shoreline, and boat-use details
Do not assume that every guest, resident, RV site, or boat has the same access. Review the current terminology, eligibility, dimensions, availability, and storage rules before bringing equipment.
Waterfront and view terminology: Waterfront-category RV sites may be on the Lake Harris shoreline or along the property's canal frontage. The site category and location shown for an available option govern.
Current lake-use eligibility: Boat slips are offered to guests staying at the park for $200 per month, subject to availability and confirmation by the park.
Shared spaces and practical facilities
Use the gallery to see the waterfront setting, pavilion, lawns, marina area, RV areas, and manufactured-home neighborhood photographed at the property.
The property orientation and arrival guide explains how to prepare for check-in and where to get help with an assigned site.
Parking, storage, roads, and accessibility
Ask before assuming where an additional vehicle, tow equipment, trailer, or mobility device can be placed. If you need a particular route, surface, parking arrangement, restroom feature, or other physical accommodation, contact the park team before reserving.
Physical-accessibility details should be confirmed for your needs. A website accessibility statement is not a substitute for verified onsite information.
Before relying on a specific amenity
- Is it currently available, and does it require a reservation or separate fee?
- Is access limited to a specific site type, stay type, guest, resident, boat, or vehicle?
- What hours, capacity, size limits, safety rules, and supervision requirements apply?
- Where is it on the property, and what route, surface, or parking conditions should I expect?
- Who should I contact if the feature is essential to my trip or home-site decision?
Current pet policy: Pet-friendly for ordinary pets. Maximum 2 pets per site; each pet must weigh 25 pounds or less. Notify management about pets before arrival. Dogs must remain on a leash no longer than 6 feet and under adult control; cats may not roam; pets may not be left outdoors unsupervised. Current vaccination tags and immediate waste cleanup are required, and aggressive ordinary pets are not accepted. Disability-related service-animal and assistance-animal questions are handled privately in accordance with applicable law.
