Website and Reservation Terms

These terms apply to the Hide-A-Way Harbor Mobile Home and RV Park website and its first-party RV reservation features. The RV Park Rules and Policies, the disclosures shown during checkout, the reservation confirmation, and any written site-specific agreement are incorporated into the terms for an RV stay.

Website information

Property information is provided for trip and inquiry planning. Availability, site assignments, rates, fees, policies, lake access, and other details can change. The current checkout disclosures, reservation confirmation, and written park communications control when they differ from an older page, screenshot, search result, or third-party listing.

Reservations and acceptance

An availability result, inquiry, waitlist entry, or manager-review request is not a completed reservation. A reservation is created only after the required guest details and acknowledgments are submitted, the final availability check succeeds, and the website displays a reservation status or the park provides written confirmation.

Provide accurate dates, party details, contact information, RV dimensions, electrical needs, pet information, and other requested fit information. Before submitting a reservation, you must affirmatively accept these terms and the linked RV Park Rules and Policies.

The system performs a final availability check when a reservation is submitted. If a site becomes unavailable before completion, the reservation must be changed or restarted.

Rates, payments, electricity, and other charges

Review the complete stay total, required taxes and fees, amount due, accepted payment method, electricity basis, cancellation terms, and refund terms shown before submitting a reservation. Do not submit payment if a required term is missing or unclear; contact the park first.

You remain responsible for approved charges, unpaid balances, and repair or replacement costs for park property, landscaping, or equipment that you or your visitors willfully or negligently damage.

Cancellations, early departures, and refunds

The complete cancellation and refund terms for the selected stay must be provided in writing before payment. Contact the park before booking if those terms are missing or unclear.

Park use and conduct

Guests and visitors must follow the current RV Park Rules and Policies. Management may refuse service, deny access, or end a stay for a material rule violation, dangerous or unlawful conduct, nonpayment, willful damage, or conduct that substantially interferes with others, in accordance with applicable law and the written agreement governing the stay.

Guests are responsible for their personal property and for using park facilities responsibly. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Full-time RV living and manufactured-home inquiries

Longer-term RV living and manufactured-home opportunities are handled through a separate management review and written agreement. An inquiry, application, or conversation does not reserve a site, approve residency, authorize a home purchase or installation, or create a right to occupy or rent a unit. Review the applicable written agreement before making a commitment or payment.

Acceptable website use

Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false reservation information, automate abusive requests, or use the site in violation of law or another person’s rights. The park may protect the website and reservation inventory from misuse.

Questions and updates

These terms may be updated when the website, reservation process, park operations, or legal requirements change. The posted date identifies the current revision. Contact the park before proceeding if you have a question about a term that affects your stay.
