Long-Term RV Living on Lake Harris

Any park site may be considered for full-time residency when available. Start with a conversation so the team can discuss site and RV fit before you pay an application fee or begin the lease process.

Ask About Long-Term RV Living

A lease-based long-term living path

Long-term RV living is the park's primary RV offer. Approved residents complete a written lease before move-in. Short-term RV stays remain available through a separate reservation path.

Current full-time eligibility: Any park site may be considered for full-time residency, subject to current availability, application approval, written site confirmation, and a completed lease.

This is different from repeatedly extending a nightly reservation or deciding month to month without an agreement. The park team confirms the process and provides the applicable written lease.

How to get started

  1. Speak with the park team about your preferred timing, RV, household, and current site opportunities.
  2. If there is a potential match, review the current application and screening process below.
  3. Complete the requested screening and income-verification steps.
  4. Review the site-specific terms and complete the written lease.
  5. Treat a site as assigned only after you receive the park’s written confirmation.

What to include in your inquiry

  • Your preferred move-in timing and expected length of residence.
  • Your RV type, year, total length, slides, and complete setup.
  • Your household, vehicles, pets, boat, trailer, storage, and accessibility questions.
  • The best way and time for the park team to contact you.

Application, screening, and utilities

Current application process: A $40 application fee applies per person. Applicants must pass criminal and credit screening and show gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent.

Current utility basis: Electricity is the only utility billed separately for full-time RV residents. The park bills each RV resident back for electric usage; the property uses well water and septic.

Do not send payment information, government identification, screening records, or other sensitive documents through the website inquiry form.
