Park models and tiny homes are accepted for owner occupancy, but they may not be rented out.
Prospective full-time residents follow the park’s application and qualification process after the team confirms a potential fit.
Current application and screening process: A $40 application fee applies per person. Applicants must pass criminal and credit screening and show gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent. Speak with the park team first so the current opportunity and next step are clear before paying the fee.
