The application fee is $40 per person. Approval requires passing criminal and credit screening and verifying gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent.

Approved residents review and complete the written lease. Treat a site as assigned only after the park sends written confirmation.

Planning a shorter stay?

Book a short RV stay.

Selected RV sites may be offered for daily, weekly, and other short visits. Any RV site may be eligible for a three- to six-month stay when the approved inventory calendar shows one uninterrupted opening for the requested dates.

Seasonal stays of three to six months are paid in full only after the park confirms your dates in writing; no reservation deposit is required. If no site matches your dates or you need more than six months, call (352) 900-5156 and choose option 4.
