Talk with the park team before applying so current site opportunities, RV fit, and the lease path are clear.
Share your preferred move-in timing, RV type, year, total length, slide count, and household needs. The team will review current opportunities first.
The application fee is $40 per person. Approval requires passing criminal and credit screening and verifying gross household income of at least three times the monthly rent.
Approved residents review and complete the written lease. Treat a site as assigned only after the park sends written confirmation.
The lake shapes the setting
Waterfront-category RV sites may be on the Lake Harris shoreline or along the property's canal frontage. Boat slips are offered to park guests for $200 per month, subject to availability and park confirmation. Review the Amenities page before bringing a boat, trailer, or other equipment.
